How can I contact you?

You can email us via customerservice@wearemillennialwomen.com. Please allow up to 24-48 business hours for us to respond to your inquiry.

Can I use a discount code?

After you have added items to your cart, please select proceed to checkout. You will have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order. 

How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. 

 

Exchanges & Returns

Do you offer refunds on returns?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only allowing returns for store credit. 

*Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges. Simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will then issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return. This way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size of for another item.
